MEET GINA
I've been studying, teaching and performing strength and cardiovascular training, in one-on-one and group settings for the last 20 years.
Having been through my own weight loss and fitness journey, I whole-heartedly understand what it takes, both physically and psychologically, to lose fat, gain muscle, reform your nutrition, and RECLAIM YOUR BODY!
As a mother of two, I have a thorough understanding of a mother's body, and how it changes after pregnancy and childbirth, and as we age too.
I'm genuinely excited to help more women get back to where they want to be - to get fitter, leaner, more toned, stronger, and feeling and sleeping better. And most importantly ENJOYING EXERCISE!
